Based on the 1997 Roger Narboni’s lighting Plan, the «new lighting plan» of the Brussels-Capital Region aims to help the inhabitants to rediscover their city at night and to create walking routes encouraging to stroll around.
Several projects have already been completed, including the three bridges shown opposite, highlighted by Isabelle Corten and Martin Lefrancq.
