The lighting of the Grand-Place, in the heart of Huy, is the first project to be completed in the city’s Lighting Plan (2015).

This project is made of three phases: the highlighting of the Town Hall, projections on the façades surrounding the square and renovation of the public lighting (in progress).

The Town Hall will benefit from an all-LED installation, thanks to the miniaturisation of the devices. The soft, low-angled golden light highlights the pediment and the red brickwork on the façade.

On the other façades of the square are projected the names of the guilds of the eleven trades of medieval Hut, including tanners, brewers, millers, bakers and tailors.
